Soekarno-Hatta Airport wins award for cleanest toilets in an Indonesian airport

Generally, we like to avoid using airport toilets whenever possible, but it does give us some peace of mind to know that Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport supposedly has the cleanest toilets in all of the country's airports.


According to Detik, the airport won this year's Sapta Pesona Public Toilet Cleanliness Award (yes, such a thing actually exists) by scoring a whopping 85.18 out of 100 in whatever factors they use to define toilet hygiene.


Soekarno-Hatta beat out such esteemed competition as Medan's Kualanamu, Tanjung Pinang's Haji Fisabilillah, and Pekanbaru's Sultan Syarif Kasim II.
